Bahria town Karachi is one of among world\'s largest residential town , Working since October 2017 as Consultant ,Resident, (system builder ) Engineer Irrigation ,
Done those Projects during last one year ,Those projects were handed over .(irrigation , landscape , heavy Pumps , designing , selection of material , purchasing , installation )
1-DANZOO (zoo and safari park on 85 KM) fully automated irrigation
2-Farm houses 44000 acres area fully automated irrigation .
3-Sewerage water treatment plant :- installation of Pumps all 12 nos(80 to 200HP Pumps )including submersible , centrifugal , design septic tank .
4-Golf Course ( 959 acrs- Asia’s biggest landscape area - fully automated irrigation ( 9 bar 325 mm live line on 13500 mtrs - landscaping continues ) ..

Currently running :-
Rafi cricket stadium ,
Bahria heights (high raise irrigation system)
Phase IV & V.(60 KM ).

More the 37 Heavy pumps of different brands & different specifications like KSB, Grundfoss , willow etc .

Regarding material that use as per best on situation ,rain bird ,toro, upvc schedule 80 , PE material of recmonded brands .

• Accountable for site management by taking care of fundamental work like irrigation, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP).
• Responsible for developing and nurturing strong business relations with clients to ensure prolonged and productive business association.
• Instrumental in working on new constructions, Renovation and additions to existing structures in Architecture & Landscaping designs.
• Also responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental management.
• Ensured improvement in projects by identifying new ideas and shared responsibility to subordinates, prioritized resource allocation as per project requirement.
• Coordinated in defining technical specifications of materials/ equipment and delineating lucidly the scope of project.
• Responsible for material management as well as design management.

• Responsibly established and managed entire nursery with more than 10,5000 plants and trees of different species
• Actively involved in farm management by handling 25000 m² “Abdullah Farm Dibba” (included 340 date palms & 240 Mango trees and harvesting vegetables in 1000 m²).

• Accountable for supervising the landscaping projects by overseeing design, materials, soil, plantation etc. Also looking after civil maintenance and site engineering and inspection.
• Responsible for efficiently supervising and monitoring the performance of the work force by following up on work schedules, work progress and all execution of site projects to ensure efficacy in operations.
• Successfully completed multiple projects as a site engineer and pesticide engineer. As a Pesticide Engineer, handled projects which included “Castel bar” King Of United Arab Emirates residential area, Sheikh Saroor Palace, and Big food Chains such as Sand and Stone Restaurants, T.G.I. Fridays, KFC, etc..
• Track global developments in building materials and recommended innovative materials to achieve cost benefits without compromising quality
• Involved in collaboration with suppliers for estimates and effective dealings with Clients, Contractors and Vendors, and attending Review Meetings with Clients.
• Actively involved in troubleshooting and planning and improving daily, weekly, and monthly targets to effectively achieve goals.
• Followed up with subcontractors and defined the scope of projects while contributing to the project by conducting Site analysis and survey, client consultant inspection, site safety compliance in order to ensure efficient performance, utilization of resources, and finalize all cost certification as required

• Responsibly handled Human Resource vertical by recruiting competent work force and helping them to hone their skills by providing them the required training and motivating them by recommendations of incentive awards
• Plan and conceptualize various strategies to achieve business goals aimed towards the growth in business volumes as well as profitability.
• Coordinated with other team members and providing assistance when needed to ensure that the team targets for quality sales and services are consistently achieved within prescribed budgets.
• Provide an effective and inspirational leadership to the team members through regular training, motivation and performance appraisals in order to achieve the set targets in sales volumes
